This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to PetSure people, contractors and other stakeholders to enable the reporting of fraud, illegal behaviour, unethical practises or wrongdoing at PetSure. PetSure people and employees may also choose to report matters directly to their People Leader or one of PetSure’s Whistleblower Disclosure Officers, without the involvement of Stopline.

Our values and Code of Conduct are a large part of who we are. They guide us to where we are going, how we will get there and how we’ll behave along the way.
With this in mind, we actively encourage our employees, contractors and other stakeholders to speak up and report any concerns of wrongdoing. There are a number of ways our employees and stakeholders can report concerns about something that isn’t right, and we encourage doing this in the way you feel most comfortable.
One of the ways you can do this is through our whistleblower program provided by Stopline. Stopline is a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of any concerns raised as well as provide support throughout the process to help those who raise them. Stopline is available to all PetSure employees, contractors or designated stakeholders and concerns can be raised anonymously (if preferred).
All whistleblower concerns will be taken seriously and investigated. Action will be taken as appropriate and will vary from case to case.
